How To Use CBD for Anxiety

If you are using our CBD tincture products, start with a 1ml serving under the tongue 1-2 times a day or as needed. old it there for 30-60 seconds before swallowing. It can also be added to the food or drink of your choosing. Take daily for ongoing health benefits related to anxiety and stress or take as needed when you feel the stress coming on.

Teas and honey may be taken orally. Tea should be steeped for 4-6 minutes before consuming. Bath soaks can be poured directly into hot bath water.

How Much to Take

The rule of thumb is to start low and increase until desired results. We recommend starting with a few drops or up to a half dropperful - which is approximately .5 ml - and equates to about 16.5mg in our 1000mg / 30ml full spectrum CBD oil bottle. Wait 3 to 4 hours before taking any more to achieve the desired effects.
