Small Changes, Big Results

Get results by making small changes over time. Whether you're trying to improve your sleep, reduce stress, increase your focus or have better relationships - big breakthroughs don't change your life, microhabits do.

  • Meditate 5 to 10 minutes each day to improve stress and feel more connected to others

  • Slightly increase your activity. Whether you add in more exercise, walk or ride your bike or take a new yoga class... adding just a bit more each week can help in so many areas including improved sleep, pain and stress and increased mobility

  • Put yourself first with good self care - set aside 10 minutes for yourself whether its to write down your feelings, listen to music, stretch or even taking a bath

  • Drink more water (and eat a vegetable) Begin by picking up a bag of cut veggies (or cut them yourself). Reach for that instead of chips. And while you're at it, drink more water, too. Our health is directly related to what we put in our bodies - this may have the biggest impact over time

  • Consider addressing first line ailments naturally instead of chemicals or pharmaceuticals. Try natural wellness products like CBD hemp or other herbs and mushroom/mycelium supplements for painstress or sleep instead of ibuprofen or ambien.
